On The Television was a very funny show that aired on Nick at Nite between 1989-90. Not many people remember it, and I believe there are some kind of complicated rights issues that have kept it off video and DVD after its original run.
The show was a spoof of Siskel and Ebert: At The Movies, but hosts Tim Conway, Jr. (yes, Tim's son) and George McGrath reviewed made-up television shows, not movies - which were really comedy sketches performed by talented members of The Groundlings including Lisa Kudrow and Kathy Griffin.
This clip is a bizarre parody of Hee-Haw - which is a great thing right there.
